Shipping & Delivery

At Happy Kidz, we're just as excited as you are for your new toys to arrive! We work hard to get your order to you smoothly and quickly. Here's a breakdown of how our shipping works:

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to get your order packed and ready to ship within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). If you place your order on a Sunday or a public holiday, we'll get it out the next working day.

Once shipped, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times for Specific Regions:

  • Kashmir & Ladakh: At least 5-7 days
  • Northeast Region, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha: Around 5-7 days

Shipping Costs

We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders over ₹400 (excluding J&K, North East, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman, Lakshadweep, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, & Odisha). It's our little way of saying thank you for choosing Happy Kidz.

For orders under ₹400, there's a small shipping fee of ₹50 to help us get your goodies safely to you.

For J&K, North East, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman, Lakshadweep, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, & Odisha - the shipping will be calculated based on package weight.

The shipping charges are reviewed from time to time and may change at the discretion of the management You are requested to check the shipping charge applicable on your order at the time of checkout.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This way, you can easily follow your package's journey and know when to expect it.


What if There's a Delay?

We always aim to get your Happy Kidz goodies to you right on schedule! However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause slight delays. These might include:

  • Really bad weather conditions
  • Public holidays when everything is closed
  • Unexpected events like local disruptions

We truly appreciate your understanding and a little extra patience if these situations pop up and cause a slight delay in your delivery.

If there's going to be a noticeable delay with your order, we promise to keep you informed as soon as we can. We'll send you an update either by email or WhatsApp, using the contact details you provided when you placed your order.
