Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Happy Kidz, your satisfaction is our top priority! We design our toys with the help of kids to ensure they are fun, age-appropriate, educational, and easy to assemble. We are confident your child will love their new Happy Kidz toy, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Our "No Questions Asked" Return Policy (General Returns)

If you or your little one are not completely happy with your Happy Kidz toy for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Eligibility for General Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and with any shrink wrap still intact.

Refund Process for General Returns:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please note that for credit card payments, it may take approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement due to bank processing times.

Return Shipping for General Returns (Personal Preference):

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, not what you expected), a nominal reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Alternatively, you are welcome to ship the product back to us using your preferred courier service at your own expense.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

We strive for perfection, but if your order arrives with any damage, defects, or if it's not the product you ordered, we will make it right!

Reporting Issues:

  • Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Resolution:

  • Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement of the item or a 100% refund, including any shipping charges you may have incurred for the initial purchase.
  • Our team will get in touch with you to arrange a free pickup of the faulty product.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for any reason, please follow these easy steps:

4. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your Happy Kidz order, please review the following:

Eligibility for Cancellation: You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Before the order has been shipped out from our warehouse.

How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly with your order details:

Our team will check your request against the eligibility criteria and confirm if your order can be cancelled.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders: For orders that have been prepaid, the refund for your cancellation will be initiated within 2 working days of our confirmation of the order cancellation. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

5. Important Considerations

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated and the product shipped back within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are unable to process refunds for returns initiated after this 7-day window.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be in their original, untouched condition – unopened, unused, and with the shrink wrap still on.
  • Bulk Orders: Please note that we are unable to accept returns on bulk orders (orders containing more than 5 items).
  • Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 2-3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days for credit cards).
