Founded in 2013, Happykidz is a diversification of Neo Concepts, our parent company established in 2000, which has a strong presence in the printing and packaging industry.

At Happykidz, our greatest joy comes from designing toys that make learning fun and exciting. We’re driven by a deep passion to spark curiosity and creativity in every child!

We place strong emphasis on thoughtful product design and operate a professionally managed manufacturing unit based in Vasai, near Mumbai.
